ACT Logimark Danmark and FlexoPrint AS have entered a strategic cooperation, where FlexoPrint has bought the sales rights, production tools, punch, clichés etc. for ACT Logimark Danmark’s labels customers—at the same time, FlexoPrint has taken over all stock of both standard as well as customer specific labels.

FlexoPrint AS has simultaneously entered a cooperation with ACT Norge regarding production and sales of labels in the Norwegian market. ACT Logimark Danmark A/S will in the future focus on sales, service, and support of industrial labelling machines and software. FlexoPrint has long been interested in finding a cooperation partner in these areas, where we now together can offer our customers complete solutions regarding labels and labelling equipment.
