About FlexoPrint

Vision

FlexoPrint AS will be among the absolute leading suppliers of self-adhesive labels for logistics and decoration purposes on the Danish market. Moreover, we wish to maintain and expand our position abroad. Our goal is to create value for customers, employees, and shareholders. As always we will be at the forefront with sustainable development, and we will continue to implement all our activities according to the highest economic, social, and environmental standards.

Values

We believe that happy and satisfied employees equals a higher level of service and a better quality, and therefore going to work must be fun—every day. We put emphasis on co-determination and community spirit, and gladly delegate responsibility to the individual employee. We aim to treat our customers and each other with respect, and are open to constructive criticism. We prefer to see our employees work independently and think of opportunities and solutions, rather than limitations.

History

FlexoPrint is the result of a merger between Egå Etikettrykkeri in Skødstrup,
Etikettrykkeriet in Randers and a part of Printerlabels in Næstved. In January 2006, all activities were consolidated in a newly constructed factory on Haraldsvej in Randers, where we today have an ultramodern flexographic printing house.
FlexoPrint is continuously developing, and in 2013 we purchased DES Labels in Hinnerup and Bluhm Etiketter in Jelling. In 2015, H&P Etiketten in Germany also became part of FlexoPrint, and our latest purchase, in 2017, was Supertryk in Ishøj.

In 2018, Danish capital fund Capidea became the new majority shareholder in FlexoPrint – which subsequently changed its name to the FlexoPrint Group.

Capidea and the other shareholders in FlexoPrint have finalized a sale of 100% of the shares in FlexoPrint to Optimum.
Optimum, backed by IK Investment Partners, is a leading player in Europe within labels and flexible packaging solutions and already has 12 production companies in the Netherlands and Belgium.
